  • Seun

    Seun Asala our CEO, (friends and family call him 'Shawn') loves to help individuals and organizations reach their goals, and tell their stories, in order to improve lives and build our society.

    A medical doctor by training, a practicing public health professional, a self-taught visual communication expert and a budding entrepreneur, he passionate about adding value to individuals, organizations and the society at large.

    Shawn loves music but has forgotten how to dance. So he loves to ride his mountain bike and make videos instead.

  • Christy

    Christiana is our Executive Director. She has significant experience leading development programs that target women, young girls and vulnerable groups.

    She has supported over 30 organizations with business development, communication strategies and brand development services.

    When she is not so serious, she loves exploring healthy organic nutritious recipes and watching TV series while eating cashew nuts.

  • Kas

    Kaseina Dashe is our Senior Programs Officer. Fascinated by the stories behind the numbers, Kaseina Dashe strives to highlight the impact of development projects through unique and innovative knowledge management and storytelling approaches that ultimately fosters positive change. She has supported programs across Maternal, Neonatal & Child Health, Reproductive health for vulnerable populations, Ending Violence Against Children (E-VAC), Gender, Disability rights, Law reforms and Environment.

    When no one is looking, Kas loves to dance to Fela while snacking on kuli kuli.

  • Kim

    Kim Jonah Dashong is our skilled Communications Officer with a background in architecture and a flair for visual storytelling. With a degree in architecture and several years of experience in documenting development stories, Kim brings a unique perspective to the art of conveying captivating narratives.

    Beyond the professional realm, Kim finds solace in appreciating the beauty of nature, especially during stunning sunsets. His calm and attentive nature fosters an atmosphere of tranquility in any room, making him an excellent collaborator.

    Above all, Kim loves his plantain in all forms and as much as he snaps thousands of pictures of people and places he almost never get in front of the camera for a shot.

    Meet Timothy Avidime, our Graphic Design and Social Media Officer, the creative enchanter behind visually captivating designs and social media mastery. With the stroke of a stylus and a strategic swipe of hashtags, Timothy weaves digital wonders that leave viewers spellbound.

    As a graphic designer, his artistic prowess breathes life into ideas, transforming them into stunning visual narratives. From mesmerizing logos to awe-inspiring illustrations, Timothy crafts designs that command attention and steal hearts.

    When not immersed in pixels or conquering the digital landscape, Timothy finds solace in the box office of movies, drawing inspiration from the world around him.

  • Charles

    Charles Jang is our Research, Monitoring and Evaluation Officer. He is a trained microbiologist and an experienced professional in the field of research and social mobilization, with expertise in systematic data analysis. With nearly 7 years of combined experience, he has successfully implemented projects and utilized data interpretation and analysis to promote sustainable development in areas such as health, education, and agriculture. He is particularly adept at utilizing data to strengthen health systems, enhance education, and drive social development.

    Charles finds solace in various activities to unwind, including playing board games, exploring different travel destinations, and conducting observational research within his immediate surroundings.

    No Tia is not really a member of the Cognito family, but she is so cute, so we will keep her here for a while.
