Redefining Engagement, Driving Social Transformation
Through design thinking and human-centered design, we co-create communication interventions and creative content that fully engage stakeholders and rightsholders. This method empowers communities to voice their concerns, develop leadership, form alliances, establish accountability, and showcase impact, all in pursuit of driving social change. Our distinctive approach redefines co-creation and collaboration, serving as a catalyst for Indigenous ideas, connections, and transformative actions. This ensures sustainability and enables us to effectively engage with a diverse range of stakeholders across Africa and beyond.
Our Theory of Change.
Our approach to creating positive social outcomes follows a four-step process: Research, Synthesis, Dissemination, and Movements.
Research: We start with thorough research to understand the problems deeply, using various methodologies to gather data and insights. This phase helps us identify root causes and inform effective solutions.
Synthesis: Next, we analyze and integrate the data to develop innovative and practical interventions tailored to the identified needs.
Dissemination: We then amplify these solutions through various channels, including media and community engagement, to raise awareness and inspire action.
Movements: Finally, we build capacity and support movements that drive and sustain these changes, fostering community ownership and creating lasting impact.
